We deliver stacked firewood, bulk loose wood, and palletized crates. Curbside delivery is our standard service; however, stacking and placement options may be available for an additional fee depending on your area. Our delivery team will contact you prior to arrival to confirm delivery instructions.

We cannot accept returns once wood has been stacked or burned. Exchanges or supplemental deliveries may be offered if your order does not meet our kiln-dry and cleanliness standards.
If you received the wrong product or there was a delivery error, we will promptly correct the order at no additional cost. For pallet freight orders, freight return fees may apply unless product error or quality issue is verified.
